SnapFlow (“SnapFlow”, “we”, “us”) is a real estate photography workflow platform operated by Khaostozen Technologies SRL (RNC 133-61524-1; Mercantile Registry 218691), located at Calle General F. Rodríguez #8, Edificio Thennesy VIII, A1, Viejo Arroyo Hondo, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, company name and billing details you provide when you create an account or subscribe.
- Service data: the photos, folder structures, and metadata your team uploads and processes through the platform, plus connection tokens for the cloud storage and enhancement providers you link.
- Usage data: log data, device information and analytics about how the service is used, collected to operate and improve the product.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and maintain the service, process uploads and route them to the enhancement providers you configure, handle billing, provide support, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
Payments and subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles billing, payment data and applicable taxes. We do not store your full card details. Paddle’s handling of your payment information is governed by Paddle’s own privacy policy.
Third-party services
To deliver the service we integrate, at your direction, with providers such as Dropbox, Google Drive and AI photo-enhancement services. Data is shared with these providers only as needed to perform the workflow you configure.
Data retention and security
We retain account and service data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect it, including encryption of stored credentials. You may request deletion of your data as described below.
